Refund policy

I want you to love your order. If there’s an issue, I’ll make it right.

30‑day money‑back guarantee from the order date for any reason.
How to request: Email support@jamiethornton.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
After a refund is approved, any associated download links and/or access will be disabled.
Refund timing: Issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the funds).

Final sale on all physical items (no returns or exchanges)
Exceptions: If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing items, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a refund.

How to start a request (physical items)

Subject: Return/Replacement Request
Include: Order number, photos of the issue (outer box + item), and a brief description.
Returns: We may ask you to return the item for inspection. If a return is required, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. No restocking fees.
Resolution: If the damaged/defective item is in stock, we’ll send a replacement. If out of stock or upon request, we’ll issue a refund.

Non‑returnable items

Personalized/signed books and curated book boxes (except for the exceptions above).
Gift cards and final‑sale items marked as such.

Order changes/cancellations

If you need to update or cancel an order that hasn’t begun personalization or shipment, email us as soon as possible at support@jamiethornton.com. We can’t guarantee changes once an order is in progress.
